Effortless Dealership was great. I do however, wish that the hose to my washer fluid was dry rot when I purchased my used 2015 Optima, I had to pay to get it fixed it cost my $190.00. If I would have known it was not working when purchasing the car i would have requested that it be repaired before buying the car. Other than that, I have no complaints.
They were knowledgeable polite prompt and very curtious . They informed me up front about how much diagnostic services would cost and told what unexpected work would be priced prior to doing the work. They provide excellent service!
New Telluride Took our car in for service then decided that we would rather trade it in, and we were able to find a new vehicle before close of business.
Rip off! They had an ad online to lease a Kia Forte 2019 for $99, $3000 down during their Labor Day sale. After walking in the sales person says that the price is only correct after putting 1500 dollars more into the down payment, so I said OK. Few minutes later she comes back to tell me that the price was 245 a month plus 4500 down. She starts telling me that I had to be qualified for all of their BS incentives, which probably include 30 different ones to be worth 7k extra more than what the Ad said. "Disrespectful and deceitful service department" I recently took my vehicle in for repairs that are covered under warranty. After several calls to the service department I realized it was unprofessional, disorganized and had poor customer service. TERRIBLE!!! So I recently went to Kia in Monroeville to look to finance a car. Everything was going smooth they asked if I had a co sign or could I get one I TOLD THEM NO & THEY SAID THATS FINE!! Took my down payment of $1,000 mind you my credit score is in the 700s!!! I WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE THE CAR THE SAME DAY!! They trashed my credit I was recently in the market for a Forte, new or used, although I was expecting to only be able to buy used. I went to one Kia dealership before Monroeville, and they made a single hard inquiry into my credit and immediately told me I'd need a cosigner since my credit was mediocre. I'm younger, so I don't have much history. My recent service experience was great. I recently had my car serviced. The service department went out there way to make sure that I was seen right away, he even squeezed me in there schedume that was booked, after servicing my car Mark was eager to explain to me my options, even though he didn't find anything wrong at that time but he told me if a problem occur bring it in without an appointment. He would be more than happy to take a look at my car.
Car purchase I was at many dealerships but the treatment I received at Monroeville Kia was by far the best experience buying a new car I have ever had. Rick, Kevin and Will did everything they could to make my experience easy. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. No pressure and made car buying fun again
