Bought 3 vehicles with Kia Dealership and every single time our experiences have been consistent. Gonzo, he’s amazing, worked with us for all 3 vehicles. I was not kept of any delays or additional time needed to work on my car. I was also not told of any warranty on new tires that I bought. Also there should not be additional fees for using credit card that is not Visa. Very unhappy about the service I received. I will not be returning.

Montrose Kia has been my go to dealership for my last 3 vehicles, as well as, all of my service needs. I have had nothing but all around great experiences from the service and sales departments to the exceptional and genuine customer service from Lance, the general manager. First off my keyboard stopped. Hade to buy a new battery. Second my check engine light came on. Came in for a oil change and wash. When they finished, they told me I need to change my front tires and a wheel alignment. I should not of had to do any of these things yet. I only got the car a week ago.
