Monroeville Kia oil change I was half hour early for my oil change appointment but Alan Deal took my car and returned it washed when it was done. He was very courteous, walked me to the car and even opened the door for me. I am very happy with the service there.
Professionalism Seems like the service dept. is getting better with fixing my vehicle, had many problems in the past with work not being completed correctly with parts missing from my vehicle. Work needs to be checked to make sure work is completed correctly and all parts that were removed from the vehicle are put back on. I also think scheduling appointments could get better, called January 30th did not get a appointment until Feb. 19th.
Purchasing a new car everyone was friendly an a professional , they made you feel like they genuinely wanted your business Keesha was the best. We loved her enthusiasm . only thing I was disappointed in was what I was offered for my trade . After seeing commercial on TV about giving a thousand dollars more over trade value.

Made an appointment to have my 2019 Sorento serviced at Monroeville Kia and I was very impressed with the professional and experienced service people. They were very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions even the “dumb” ones. Along with the outstanding service I was also given a complimentary car wash. I also noticed that there were other vehicles being serviced at Monroeville Kia from other dealerships like Century 3 Kia and JIM Shorkey in Wexford.
