I came for a basic oil change and was told that I needed other things. Also recommended to be done and when I was finished, my bill was $591. I have owned many different types of cars and never had a bill like that. This will be the last and only Kia that I buy Since the maintenance is so expensive.

[Joel] Gonzo was my salesman. Gonzo was incredibly patient and understanding of my situation. I spoke to him several times since my transmission was going out in my vehicle. He showed me multiple used and new vehicles, knowing I might not make a purchase. I was impressed by Gonzo's genuine care. He continued to speak to me, knowing I might not even purchase a vehicle.
