Very helpful I was stranded in the middle of Route 22 at 8 pm in a black car in front of Monroeville Kia. Four salesmen came out, knocked on my window, and pushed me to safety. It was awesome! Thanks so much, guys! Oh, and our other car is a Kia Sportage and we just love it! One of my clients at work is a mechanic. He thinks it's a terrific car and says he only sees standard work (brakes, tires etc)in his shop. He advised his girlfriend to buy a Sole!
Terry Burke is the best salesperson Even though I didn't end up buying my dream car, Terry was very personable and gracious...Hopefully in the future I will be able to get my Optima. I would recommend her service to anyone. She does not pressure you into a purchase by any means. Terry shows you the facts and never sugar coats anything.
Excellent services When coming to kia in august I was under the impression i was going to go in and just talk numbers with Tracey Boyce. He was training a new salesmember Dorian Lanier After being there for several hours he managed to get me into a 2015 kia forte! Tracy isn't your usual car salesman As a woman, buying a car can be a terrible experience. No matter how much you know the salesman always thinks you should have brought your dad, husband, brother, etc... When Tracy Boyce greeted me in the showroom, he looked at me and not through me to see who was with me. He was very personable and pleasant. Thanks Terry Terry was great in getting us a car that we wanted and could also afford. She was no nonsense and honest from the time we walked into the dealership. Even when our first choice and first test drive ended up with a payment I wasn't comfortable with she didn't try to pressure us. She was more than happy to put us in another car and work out a payment that was right for us. Because of a Terry we drove away in a brand new car! Thank you!
