I came in with a battery that died every 2 days after inactivity. Replaced the battery and alternator in 2024, but after an entire week of no communication and me having to constantly call them, they proceeded to say "it's the battery health" despite me previously replacing it and them hypothesizing it to be a parasitic draw. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon, and he made my first car buying experience GREAT! He took everything I wanted out of a car and made it a REALITY. My two year old was with me and as you can imagine he was getting antsy, but Brandon and his team helped so much with him! (talking to him, giving him snacks, playing with him etc) it really felt like a family atmosphere. I will always make sure to tell my friends & family!

Gonzo was very knowledgeable and walked me through the different vehicles we tested, explaining not only the numbers but also the features. This was my first time buying a brand new car, and he made the entire process easy, smooth, and comforting.

Everything went as expected if not better than expected. I was able to drop off my wife’s cars early and was well received. I was pleasantly surprised to get a recommended service advice through text. Done quickly and efficiently, with a car wash.
