Great salesman First, let me say I have never met a car salesman I met until Tracy Boyce. He was outside waiting for me when I pulled up. From the first hello until I drove off the lot, he was helpful, kind and a great person. He talked me through the whole process never pressuring me at all. I have been in this dealership a number of times and have walked out because of rude, incompetent people, but Tracy is different. He listened to what I wanted/needed. Unhappy customer While Monroeville Kia is great when selling their cars after the fact they are unreliable. Shortly after I bought my Kia Soul the check engine light comes on so I took it to the dealership. Not knowing the had a separate entrance for service I went in the floor entrance. The dealer who seen me came up to and as soon as he found out I wasn't buying I needed service he was very rude. Very helpful I was stranded in the middle of Route 22 at 8 pm in a black car in front of Monroeville Kia. Four salesmen came out, knocked on my window, and pushed me to safety. It was awesome! Thanks so much, guys! Oh, and our other car is a Kia Sportage and we just love it! One of my clients at work is a mechanic. He thinks it's a terrific car and says he only sees standard work (brakes, tires etc)in his shop. He advised his girlfriend to buy a Sole!

Terry Burke is the best salesperson Even though I didn't end up buying my dream car, Terry was very personable and gracious...Hopefully in the future I will be able to get my Optima. I would recommend her service to anyone. She does not pressure you into a purchase by any means. Terry shows you the facts and never sugar coats anything.

Excellent services When coming to kia in august I was under the impression i was going to go in and just talk numbers with Tracey Boyce. He was training a new salesmember Dorian Lanier After being there for several hours he managed to get me into a 2015 kia forte!
