I have to say, every person was extremely welcoming and courteous. I felt like they were very patient with me, even when I got a little “grumpy”. It’s a big decision and I really did appreciate their kindness and friendliness. There’s the usual amount of pressure, but I expect that in the car business, and they honestly did seem to want to help me make the best deal. Hopefully, the future service calls will be just as pleasant.

They sold me a KIA Soul that had many problems, and solving each one was a terrible experience, going back and forth countless times. Six times to solve a simple problem: a gas leak with the AC, and I really don't know if it's been resolved. They gave me the vehicle with only one key. I've gone back many times, and six months later, they won't give me the second key and only give excuses.
