Monroeville Kia Does it Again! I got my 2nd Kia from Monroeville Kia on Tuesday, July 7, 2015! Terry Burke worked her magic and put me in a 2015 Kia Optima! Exceptional experience!!! Never in my life did I have an enjoyable experience buying a car until now! Terry Burke gave me the experience you can't find anywhere. She was not pushy at all like you expect unfortunately. I told her exactly what I wanted and how little I could afford and she made her magic! I felt like we were family. Sorry Monroeville Kia. :( Was in the market for a Kia Soul and went to Monroeville Kia. I was greeted by a salesperson (Jacob Raab). I was up front with Mr. Raab about my credit situation (not the best score out there) and the fact that I wanted a Kia Soul. I was shown a couple of different models, but not allowed to sit in them or test drive them. Mr. Raab then had me complete a credit application and provide two paystubs to look into financing. Not even willing to try. I went to Kia multipal times, and the finance dept was not willing to even help me... told me I needed to have 8 thousand dollars cash on hand for them to finance a veh for me since i was upside down... that very day I went to Spitzer Toyota and in a matter of 3 hrs I was driving away in a new veh with minimal money down!

excellent parts dept I dealt with Scott in the parts dept. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to purchase my parts there in the future.

Terrible Went in to buy a car and it was the typical pushy used car salesperson. This lady has no experience whatsoever and knew nothing about any of the cars. The only thing she talked about what how much I wanted to spend. No matter how many times I told her I was just looking for a good deal, she continued to ask about money. On top of the terrible saleslady, a couple of the used cars on the lot were dirty inside and they didn't have prices on the windows of any the cars which ever other dealership I went to did. I brought my 2011 Sorrento in for an oil change and inspection. I made my appointment 2 months in advance and told them at the time that I would wait while they worked on it. I had to wait 4 hours and ten minutes. When I arrived I was told it would be 3 hours at least if waiting because they “booked too many appointments”. Since I wasn't told this until I arrived, I didn't have much choice, but to wait- I drove myself. Dropping off the car would have required prior notice, which they didn't provide. Went in for recall and the wife told them that the brakes seems sludges I was out of town. They told her that she needed pins in the Calvert of the brakes told her it would call 1500 dollars she car me and I said I do not have that kind of money so the service person mike said that they can do something less expensive which would cost 600 dollars I had no choice because I was out of town. So she pick me up that night and the brakes lock up the tow truck came out and show us that the bolt came out we had it tow to Kia and the... read more

I dropped my car for service and state inspection. I was third person gave the car for service around 7:30 AM . The appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance. They called me around 3;30 Pm and told me they need the vehicle for 1 more day. When started asking questions and what is wrong they started giving answers related engine light and they need to drive several miles to figure it out.
