Didn’t expect to leave the dealership with the Carnival that we wanted. Joel and his team made it happen! Joel (GONZO) was very professional and personable. It didn’t feel like your old school dealership, it felt as if we were at home.

Ricardo was helpful and friendly. He texted me with recommended services for my Kia Soul and completed the ones I selected in a reasonable amount of time. Shuttle service was free and driver was very friendly. Staff upon pickup of the car were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the free snacks in the waiting area and in the shuttle. First time here - we will be back.

Took in for oil change next morning three lights come on for service not good

Gonzo and Sands Kia made the car buying process smooth and stress free. This is the first Kia we have purchased from Sands Kia, but not the first from Gonzo.
