Valerie Cook was excellent! She was extremely approachable and very easy to talk to. At no point in the transaction process did I feel she was "getting over on me." I will be highly recommending her to friends, family, and anyone else interested in buying a new car. Simply put, she is the best salesperson I have been in contact with. She should be commended for her work.

When I entered the dealership I was just looking what was available in the Kia make. The salsman came up and was very friendly and ask if he could help me. I ask a few questions and he had the answers without hesitating. Not "pushy" at all. That would have sent me back out the door. We talked and he ask what I was looking for and he showed me what ke had. From that point I made up my own mind and bought a new car. I would recommend the salesman and the dealership.

it was my and my husbands second kia this year. andy went above and beyond his duty to make us comfortable in our decision. i love my forte and my husband really likes his sportage. andy is a great guy.

I was so set on getting a honda accord when I stopped in to look at the Kia Optima. Stanley was very helpful with my decision and the whole time never bad mouthed the competition. He helped to accommodate my husband and I with our 10 month old son, being so quick about everything. He made sure everyone was quick about there part of the purchase. I never thought i would own anything than a honda, but Stanley made me feel good about my purchase. I was very pleased with Stanley, the kia we have yet to see!

First of all - I love this dealership. I owned a Kia Soul and the window would not go up. My dealership would not see me. Monroeville fit me in for an emergency appt. even though they had a packed schedule. Once I got thre, they also offered to fix the other recall for me & do my inspection as well (I had a scheduled appt at my dealership on Friday). Ken was my sales rep. He was friendly and understanding of my needs from the beginning. Always treated me with respect and secured the Mazda I wanted. The transaction was quick, which was importsnt since my car had been totaled in a flash flood and I was paying for a rental. He lead me through the process with knowledge, took me on various road types on the test run so I would know how the car handled in many situations. The experience was acceptable. I did feel rushed somewhat. The car is hopefully one that will stand the test of time. The finance office was heavily perfumed with air freshener. I was very uncomfortable with that. He did unplug it but the residue was still there.

VERY FRIENDLY ~ ACKNOWLEABLE ~ IN THE OPERATION OF MY NEW 2O11 KIA SOUL HELPFULL IN ANSWERING EVERY QUESTION I HAD ......PRICE WAS REASONABLE ~ ALTHOU PROBABLE COULD OF WAITED AND GOT THE COLOR I WANTED ~ AND PRICE REDUCED ~ IF I WAITED ~ BUT THAT WAS MY CHOOICE ..

I called to see if they had Kia souls they told me they did went up there met with Kenny he showed me the Kia souls they had I choose what one I like took it for a test drive after that we came back and was very knowledgable abt the car and answered all my questions
