The vibe was definitely nice. Jake was transparent and more than willing to work with us as and communication was on point and everything went rather smoothly. If I were to buy a kia I would like to work with Jake/Hayden again

I have used DeFeo Kia since 2021 when I bought my Optima. There were 3 incidents where the oil plug was loose and it leaked out onto my driveway. The last time I brought it there, the pulley to open the hood was broken. I do not recommend this dealership.

I have a service plan that was sold as covering all services for the car for 3 years, from this same dealership. However, it turns out the plan only covers oil changes, and I was charged for the cabin air filter. So either the plan was a scam, or the service dept is charging for services that are included in my plan. Either way, I feel misled and/or ripped off.
They are always willing to help and do it with a smile. Gonzo is the best!

We had Gonzo and he was amazing! He was very patient with me as I didn’t know what I was looking for. He showed me lots of great choices that matched the expectations I had set for the car I wanted. Gonzo ended up leading me to the car that was everything that I have wanted in a car! Such an amazing experience!
