I believe I was offered the best option. Sales person was very friendly and understood my requirements and preferences. I was very pleased and hope to have the same level of customer service from Monroeville Mazda service department.

We had been to many KIA dealerships before going to Monroeville KIA and i guess it is true you save the best for last. We were greeted immediately by a very nice salesman named Alvin Knox he gave us his undivided attention he listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get a great deal on a car that we had looked at other dealerships. Took my 2008 Kia Sportage, 4WD, Standard 5 Speed Transmission SUV to the dealership to remedy a shimmy problem while driving. Dealership sold me the injection cleaning service and informed me that I needed new brakes and rotors. (I had driven the vehicle less than 1,000 miles since my previous visit to the service. Although Rick was very explicit when he described the car, he was never able to explain the price in any detail. Then when we agreed to a specific monthly payment, it was changed when the contract was typed up on a TYPEWRITER. I later refinanced through my credit union. The price of the car was incredibly confusing to the point where I feel I was taken advantage of by thieves. I have three different receipts with three different selling prices. Long story short.....My credit score is low because there was a recent repossion on my credit report. So like everyone else I hate hoping and keeping my fingers crossed about trading in my current vehicle due to credit issues. When comin to Kia I was greeted by Alvin Knox and he was nice to me my fiancé and my children. Very knowledgable and helpful?. I had a great experience and he kept his promise that he would do everything he could to help me. I am now in a vehicle I wanted for a ping times. THANKS ALVIN

i called before i came to the dealer to inquire about the vehicle i was interested in from seeing it on the internet. to my suprise, the car, salesman and manager were out front to greet me when i arrived. i was very impressed.

Bullying, lying, high-pressure salesmanship and non-competitive prices. Oh and by the way, the salespeson (I forgot the guy's name) was trying to tell me that noone gets the cars they really want because of the internet. He said that people that research cars and get an idea of an unrealistic price in their head from the internet. Oh well, I guess Edmund's must have been pulling its figures from the air (NOT). Avoid this dealership at all costs.
