I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from Montrose Kia. I found that the car had a coolant leak prior to purchasing so they assessed and said they fixed it so I moved forward and purchased it. When I got home, it was leaking a lot more so I asked if I could bring the car back in to have the issue addressed and the service manager said no, it was sold as-is and the dealership leadership team did not want to talk to me. Jake Fratt was amazing! He was so helpful and provided great information on the models, pricing, and best options for me. This was the first car I bought and I trusted his opinions and knew he had the best in mind for the customer. I highly recommend working with Jake and Sands Kia. Making an appt was easy & convenient. I was helped promptly by Andrew, who's a great communicator. In my 5 or 6 times of having my car serviced, he was the first consultant to ask if I wanted my car washed! He checked to see if i needed transportation, directed me to a clean lounge, updated me with what my car needed, and even got me out of there 30 minutes earlier than promised. I will be scheduling my service with Andrew going forward.

We came in for service for our vehicle , however I have always wanted a van. Gonzo was great to work with and showed us the KIA Carnival. I knew instantly we wanted to buy it not only was the Van very nice GONZO treated us well and really sold us on the value of the 2025 KIA Carnival. What a great experience. GO SEE GONZO🔥. Quick purchase and didnt try like a time share to sell me something I didnt want. I wont go back to dealers in Scottsdale, Mesa, Tuscon, or Avondale but I would go back to Sands in Surprise.
