Move in was relatively straight forward- they had my fabs ready to go, moving carts were available; it would have been nice to receive more info about where to park for move in, where my resident parking was, how trash works, etc, but I figured it out via trial and error. Verified Renter I like the apartment complex but many of the residents here aren’t very clean so I frequently see problems within the community such as dog hair everywhere, roaches, marijuana smell throughout the building and trash thrown about. It’s a shame because it’s a nice building with nice apartments.
Verified Renter I love the community and the neighborhood. There is a good balance of community events and engagement with the staff on the property. Though few, issues with apartment and/ or amenities are handled promptly.

Verified Renter I definitely enjoy living here. There are a lot of great staff members here that are super supportive of residents and actually make an effort to get to know you and engage with you. Cleanliness: The main areas are always clean and immaculate. I have only seen the trashroom a mess a handful of times since living here the past 6 months or so and even still it gets cleaned relatively promptly.
