Verified Renter The location is convenient, amenities are ok. Staff is largely incompetent and the mail system is also a pain. I only live in a bozzuto management community because I have to. After my staying here I hope to never live in a Bozzuto managed community again.

Verified Renter I am rating it a 3 star only because I’m only 1 week as a resident today and due to a leak I have not been able to unpack and really enjoy my new space. The leasing office and others are very courteous and try to improve the matter but the problem continues to linger on for 4 of my 7 days here. I like the space, the building and the team but this issue has impacted my rating.
Verified Renter The staff is incredible and the units/buildings are kept in stellar condition. The location is perfect being right next to the Metro along with many restaurants within walking distance.

Verified Renter It’s a little too early to tell how my overall experience will be but I can say that the apartment and building itself is nice. Neighbors on the other hand has been a bit of an issue (loud, smoking, issues with controlling their dogs - dangerous). We haven’t reached 1 month yet and already have a roach problem since the first week - not happy about this. Also, it’s a loud area.
