Verified Renter It is a great place to live in. The building is so aesthetic. The amenities are really good. The maintenance and staff are great. They have lots of applications to make your life easier when it comes to paying rent setting up your place, electricity wise Wi-Fi wise they have a reward system. It’s a great place to live in!

Verified Renter Fairly simply process to apply and move in, but floor plans are not accurate for each apartment on the website. Leasing agents could have more timely responses. Nice building with new appliances and amenities.

Verified Renter Living in Portland flats is fine so far. I just wish the light in the rear hallway would turn on quicker, I fear for my life when I’m walking in that hallway because of rats. Also, why are there fruit flies ALL THROUGHOUT this building? The wildlife in this apartment complex have to be controlled somehow. The employees are nice, especially the woman in the office who helped me with my keys!
