Verified Renter I really enjoy how quite the apartment complex is considering how close to a college campus. Staff is nice as well and the apartment spaces are kept very clean. My one complaint is the mailroom packages for Everton are often left in the lobby - very vulnerable to theft. I also receive notifications from stores that my packages have been delivered, with picture, but I do not get the notification many days after it has arrived. I often have to track down my own packages.

Verified Renter Great place to live, easy walking distance from the Metro. Cute neighborhood, and it's nice to be so close to CUA campus. I have enjoyed living here as the amenities are great and my apartment is spacious. Hoping to renew my lease this year!
Verified Renter Good apartments. Even though we are by a prominent college, the apartment doesn’t feel like a dorm. Maintenance is really responsive and kind. Only issue is the package situation can be kind of confusing and the garage door is constantly broken.
Verified Renter Always ready to assist when some maintenance issues needs to be addressed. I really appreciate the immediate resolve regarding the replacement of the battery for the door even it is already beyond office hours.
