Verified Renter Great place to live. Clean apartment when you move in with new carpet in the bedroom. The hallway is always clean. And the building is in a great location. Lots to do around it. Close to metro.

Verified Renter I have lived in Everton for over three years and really feel at home here. The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I would give a special shout out to the cleaning crew. They keep everything spotless….even the trash room is cleaned regularly. The loading dock is kept in amazing shape. I especially appreciate Sade in the ‘high powered’ office.
