Verified Renter Overall the resident experience has been good. People who work here are great and friendly. Good but the fire alarms go off too often. I have been here for too many fire drills in the last couple months.

Verified Renter It was an easy and organized move in process. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I enjoy living at the property. I looked at many other properties in Washington DC. I made the right decision to move to Monroe Street.
Verified Renter All of the common areas in this apartment are absolutely beautiful and clean. The only complaint I have as someone who just recently moved in is that it can be very hard to navigate and I was given very little instructions when I first picked up my keys. Other than that, apartment was clean with minimal damages and in a great location.
Verified Renter The leasing process has been a breeze, I was able to do everything online and picking up my keys took less than 10 minutes. We are looking forward to moving in!
Verified Renter This is a great community overall. It can get a little noisy but most days it's fine. Very convenient to food and metro...and we're getting a TJ's across the street. Pretty dope!

Verified Renter I wish that was better communication from the leasing office upon moving in. I had to search out a lot of the information that was left out upon arrival, after having asked if there was anything specific I should be aware of (i.e. wifi password, tenant storage, concierge info). When multiple roommates are moving in at different times and are not all in the area upon arrival, individual welcome packets should be provided.

Verified Renter I’ve been a resident for almost two and a half years now. I personally feel the Bozzuto group should put better care into the properties, as well as do a better job at securing the safety of their residents. The crime and vandalism has ramped up in my area, the cleanliness and maintenance has dropped do to a lack of support. And lastly, the construction within the building has become an extreme inconvenience, while not contacting one single resident about this huge adjustment.
