The door to the Portland garage was broken in September and didn't get fixed until 5 months later, even though we were told it would only take 2-5 weeks. I contacted the building manager about it and she told me to just park on the street if it bothered me. I pay $200 a month for a secure garage and it's not secure. The HVAC in Portland's lobby was broken in the winter so it was about 30-40° inside. We were told the HVAC would be fixed beginning of January. It's almost Februar... read more
