Verified Renter Very convenient location nearby the metro station and a street of local shops/ chains. The interior of the apartment (Cornerstone) is quite clean and there are nice amenities in a gym and pool. However, there is also a lot of traffic in the area, making it somewhat noisy at night. That can be frustrating.

Verified Renter We really love our apartment at MSM. Everything inside has met our standards of living. Amenities are to be expected but common areas are always clean and the cleaning crew really do their job. The trash room/chute is usually not an issue and it’s really nice to just toss your trash down. The parking is a give and a take… the cost is 165-185$ a month which is not bad for DC but our gate has been broken for about 10 of the 12 months we have been living here so it’s not very secure. Verified Renter It’s been great living here! Staff is very nice, especially the front desk workers. Only problem are residents dropping weights in the gym at 3am, which you can hear in apartment.

Verified Renter everything about move in was so insanely smooth! the fact that I was able to reserve the loading dock elevator for as long as I needed, TK (concierge) and Tobias (my leasing agent) were super sweet throughout the whole process and guided me as well as answering any questions I had. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
