Verified Renter So far really happy with the facility, staff is amazing and super polite. However very very loud on the weekends , wish this could be solved as its very annoying

My chief complaint is the package pick up system.... My chief complaint is the package pick up system. I live in Portland flats and I get a package, it gets rerouted to be delivered across the street to the cornerstone building, where I have to wait for it to be scanned in by reception to pick it up. Even if it gets scanned in in a timely fashion, residents aren't allowed to pick up packages between the hours of 2-7pm. Friendly staff, especially reception. The maintena... Friendly staff, especially reception. The maintenance of the gym is lower quality than I prefer but overall great amenities! Noise is minimal except in the gym. Near constant dropping of weights at all hours and there is no enforcement of the quiet hours.

Really enjoyed living at cornerstone/ Monroe stree... Really enjoyed living at cornerstone/ Monroe street! The leasing office is great especially their hours (open everyday). The community all seems to get along. The facilities are well kept along with the common spaces. Love having a trash shoot and cardboard recycling area. Appreciate the rental portal to pay rent, request maintenance, and so on. They really seem to have a good thing going!
