Everyone is helpful and responsive for the most part Everyone is very responsive and helpful. The only exception is the concierge service (not the people working as concierges). I'm talking about the Concierge Role. I don't think they are given the tools to succeed. The reason I say this is because: 1. I never get a response when I leave a message for the concierge. 2. When the concierge desk is vacant, there is no indication of when they may return or if there was anyone there, to begin with.

If you have self-respect, you'd live somewhere else. I’ve been living in Everton Building for 6 months now. Due to my wife’s job, we lived in different countries for the past years and this building is the worst of them. I am being as objective as I can be. But probably the best day you’d ever spend here is the day you’ll move out. Unfortunately, I still have 12 month rental agreement while I am writing this review. extremely noisy The apartment overall was amazing when I first moved in. I loved the staff, I loved the location, and I loved the apartment I had. That’s until I found out my walls has no insulation. My neighbors and I all walk on our tiptoes and can’t walk around with out hearing each other. Lots of people have dogs and they bark all day long. Now I live in a constant noise box. I’d suggest staying away from here unless you’re a college student.
Great Community Great Management I’ve lived in Monroe Street Market and can say the experience has been wonderful. The buildings are well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The concierge is always a great resource. What sets them apart is the amazing staff in the leasing office. Christine is on top of things and always helpful. She is a great resource. I recommend the community to anyone moving to the DC area! They treat their tenants very well and it is in a great up and coming area!

Positive Experience At Monroe Street I have had a great experience living at Monroe Street Market. With three different buildings displaying their own unique astetic and over 99 different floorplans, there should be a perfect fit for anyone’s taste. Stay away! Terrible service...noisy and complete lack of safety..complained about peole wandering around the parking garage but nothing happened..multiple incidents of breaking into cars but they can't hire a security guard because they are cheap..only for college kids that rent 3-4 together to cover the rent...not for young professionals! Stay away! They made everything difficult, even moving out was a nightmare! Love working with management staff Had great experiences with the complex. Had a difficult experience in which we had to be relocated after a flood. Nichelle, an accounts manager, helped us through it all and made it as smooth of a transition as it could’ve been. Very happy with our experience there! Jimmy

Great Place to Live MSM is perfectly situated on the redline which makes morning commutes a breeze. The apartments are spacious and the Bozzuto staff are both polite and professional.
