**************** Reps can use a bit of training and not from the staff. An outside agency that can come in and train, critique, and display professionalism skills that will bring this company further up ladder with their product. The first time I called the sales rep was pretty abrasive and short, I brushed it off and when I called back, I got the same response from the staff. Be careful how you present yourself and your company be mindful. Attitude and rudeness will bring it to a halt right before your eyes.

This is the Most RUDE COMPANY IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. It's so sad after my last Rude Encounter this past March I waited and hoped for another outcome after reaching out the last time about the Rude Experience. My score is (-5) I purchased the bundled hair product to include the shampoo/conditioner/hair grease. Before starting I had a decent grade of hair with medium length. After using the product for nearly 4 weeks my hair began coming out in clumps. I have stopped using the product and my hair is very thin and very short. On April 23, 2022, I attempted to order the products that were on sale for individual bottles of $10.00 each. I asked for ***** since she had returned my calls previously. Customer Service was rude and it wasn't my fault that I didn't receive all of my products. It showed fulfilled next to all they sent and unfulfilled next to the item that I did not receive. I was thinking nothing of it I just kept watching to see when they would give a tracking number, but in the meantime I placed a second order. All I can say is that I wish that I would have read these reviews before I ordered anything from this tacky company. It is people like this that are in business and make it difficult for others to want to support black owned businesses. I paid $20 for shipping and when I receive the package it says the first class postage was $2.36. when I called the lady that answered the phone could not explain to me the process of why it cost $20 to ship.
