I ordered the alopecia hair growth serum. The bottle was not sealed. When I put the drops on the back of my hand it is water. There is no smell and absolutely no oil consistency! If I could give this company a zero I would the customer service is absolutely poor and ridiculous. I called to explain issue that I was having with my order, which was I paid for products that I did not receive. A very rude guy yelled at me and told me he is not my child. This company does NOT produce what hard working people have paid for. Placed my order over a month ago and only received part of my order. They refuse to give you a refund and customer service is rude and super unprofessional. There's absolutely NO way I will be ordering from them again.
