I ordered an iPad for my grandchild for Christmas and it is connected to a Chicago school, so therefore my grandchild cant use it. I have been trying to contact the company and was finally told that I can only call about it Monday- Friday. I called today and they told me that they cant swap it out, because its been over 14 days. Im now stuck with an iPad that cant be used. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM Mink Hair Products other than hair products. I ordered a Laptop 11 G4 HP3(2.16GHz) on November 22, 2024. Received my order on December 16, 2024, it was a USED Chrome Book with keys missing. I emailed the company and called them. The email was undeliverable. The lady one the phone was rude, told me to hold on to speak with someone and she hug upon me. These people need to stop taking advantage of people. I'm trying to return this product. I do not need another Chrome Book.Thank you ***** ********

They get 0 stars from me. I ordered 2 purses November 11, 2024. Today is December 2, 2024. I called last week to ask about product and the person that answered phone said they were sending it off that day. I look to check tracking and nothing has started moving! I spoke to the boss and she got smart and said she didn't know when the product will arrive and she couldn't tell me when delivery although she took my money of $257.56 ! The order was filled and delivered quickly. The bottles are too small for the price. You would only get a week use out of the bottle and the shipping cost is just as much as the bottle. I can't tell you if it works because I will not pay $60 a week for this product. They are scamming people out of their money. Those bottles are 4oz and not enough to use to see a difference. WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I only received half of my order an when I called about the other half I was told you must call within 24 hours. Which i wasn't aware of because I couldn't even place my order online because I live in *******. That should have been my first Red flag. They say they aren't responsible for lost or damaged in the mail. Though I doubt my order was ever shipped. I placed an order on August 13th and received someone else’s package. I notified the company immediately, and they instructed me to return the wrong package at my expense. After doing so, I had to follow up to confirm if they had received the package and when I would be reimbursed for the postage and get my order. As of today, I still have not received the products I purchased, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I have not received my order yet and this is the worse customer service I have never received in my life. I will never order from this company again. I called to get the status of my order and they acted like I had committed a crime!!!I never got a confirmation email and when I called the 3rd time they sent a tracking number only as if I was supposed to know to track it with the post office. I read a few of the reviews here they are spot on. You would think the way she exhibits herself on her constant FB Lives she is a caring, forth right and a Godly person but not the way she operates her business with her rude a** workers.
