Placed an order with this company on 12/17/22 and her website states that it takes up to 14 days. They have received my money and have not sent out my products. I would not recommend this website due to them not being true to their word and taking my money. THIS IS ASHAME AND YOU ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

The edge control is not good. It flakes leaving your hair looking dirty. I will not get this again and do not recommend it

I have been purchasing grease from Mink Hair and was satisfied until they started sending me their products without me placing an order and was taking the money off my credit card without my knowledge. I called and talked with a representative and told them the situation and wanted to cancel any future orders and she informed me that they have suspended all accounts and they would no longer charge any accounts without any further explanation. I would like a refund for the last two orders they sent without my consent.

I placed a order over a month ago and haven't received anything yet I called and was told to give it time. I've never been so disappointed. I would like My money returned

I have ordered from them before, and got just what I'd ordered, but this time I didn't. I placed an order on the 19th of October, and it was placed over the phone just like all the other times. My order came last week and it wasn't what I ordered I called the company and tried to explain to the young lady that my order was not right and that I'd order the day serum and the night serum. **************** Reps can use a bit of training and not from the staff. An outside agency that can come in and train, critique, and display professionalism skills that will bring this company further up ladder with their product. The first time I called the sales rep was pretty abrasive and short, I brushed it off and when I called back, I got the same response from the staff. Be careful how you present yourself and your company be mindful. Attitude and rudeness will bring it to a halt right before your eyes.

This is the Most RUDE COMPANY IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. It's so sad after my last Rude Encounter this past March I waited and hoped for another outcome after reaching out the last time about the Rude Experience.
