I ordered hair grease and received facial serum. I called to report this mix-up and it was confirmed that I did indeed order hair grease. Was then told they would send the hair grease out to me and for me to send the facial serum back to them and I have to pay the shipping charge. it has been several weeks and still no product.

I order products from this company and spent over 300 with them. When I received my package 2 of my product was missing. I reached out to them on the same day to inform them of the missing. After waiting still no respond I reached to the person who referred me and was talk to call. I called and I get a tried response that you must call within 24 hours and that the email was not significant of a notices. I had been having problems with my hair due to the Hormone medications I was taking so many saying it works. I took a chance although I was skeptical I decided to take a chance. The first purchase was the shampoo conditioner the hair grease, night serum and day serum. I used all of it except all the shampoo and conditioner. I didnt see any difference in my hair. I placed an expedited order on 12.10.21. 11:51pm est. Absolutely, terrible customer service. I have never been so disgusted with a representative from a company ever. If, a customer has a concern the first rule is to listen to the concerns of your customer. Not to address the customer fully, and rush them off the phone is rude and unprofessional. A fixed mindset is what the representative exhibited. The representative needed to have a growth mindset with the ability to just simply listen. I will never support this business ever again.

So I finally found where the real reviews are because I just knew this company couldn't have all good reviews especially after my experience. I was sent the incorrect item and so I emailed them that same Friday attached a picture of the item, I got no response. I called them Nov 22nd, around noon. I was told to call back at 2pm. I called back she put me on hold and then the phone got discount, so I called back. Purchase Miracle Mink Wholesale Rapid Growth Hair Grease Bundle on 11-5-2021. Received order by mail on 11-115-2021. I lightly grease my scalp within 25 minutes my scalp was ??????????!!!!
