Have never received my orders..called customer service..OH MY GOD..Unprofessional..will not let you talk..They give you shipped number that's not activated based on Post Office. I will never order from this place again....

This business should be shut down! The country is already in crisis and we have to self care! We send money to this lady over hundreds of dollars not to even recieve the merchandise or a note ..Better yet our money back…She is a thief

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered!! They are forever blaming the postal service for orders they mess up and will not refund your money if the products are not received. Very very rude people!!!!

I placed an order and received a Priority Mail envelope with absolutely Nothing in it. No product received and each time I call the business, I get "Call back tomorrow. We are closed." No luck in getting my money refunded and I have received no product. Buyer beware!

Honest truth if I could leave zero stars I would. This is ridiculous! I ordered my products 2 weeks ago on the 5/6 (purchased products of $85 plus $16.95 for shipping!). That is a lot for shipping! Anyway on 5/12 (6 days later) I received an email stating that the shipping label has been created for my package. Now today 5/19 (another 7 days later), my package has still not shipped!!! I ended up buying my Mink Hair serum from ****because I did not like Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale's customer service. They need to secure items better when shipping them. I bought a package of five items, paid $19.95 S&H, and did not receive any of them because they all were lost from the USPS Priority Flat Rate box it was shipped in. No, I did not purchase additional insurance because I believe that the company should have insured it and spending nearly $20 on S&H was enough for me and should cover additional insurance. I like the products, however the customer service is very nonchalant and says they do no do refunds and cancellations once purchased. I purchased and realized two days later it wasn't the package I wanted. I saw the one I wanted and the one I was interested in was available so I called to ask for a exchange since it had not shipped and received the response that cancellations isn't what they do. Not happy by this. I gave it two stars because of the products but that's about it. They need to do better.

I respectfully request a response for the reason WHY. I respectfully request a response if the company is selling products what is the purpose of delivering poor customer service. I was willing to wait for my shipment I simply requested a tracking number. They emailed me; I did NOT email them off their Mother Day Special. I am a cancer survivor.
