First of all they never send you any kind of shipping information. Then the products are trial size bottles that you pay an exuberant amount for (ex. 80.00 for 2 4oz bottles of shampoo and conditioner). And to top it off it wasn't even what I ordered. Then when you try and call them to let them know about your order being wrong they don't answer the phone, and they only give you 24 hours from time of delivery to make a claim. This company is ripping off people and should be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY!!!

My teenage daughter and I used this product for several months and didn't see any growth at all. We purchased the combo package which had the shampoo, condition, rice water and the day and night serum. We even purchased the edge control. As I stated neither of us saw any growth and we took pictures weekly to see if we noticed a difference. The edge control turns white and looks like you put baby powder in your hair. I love miracle mink products my hair was breaking it was extremely damaged! I recommend the day & night serum shampoo & conditioner to start I’ve been using this product since February of 2021!

Hey everyone, I placed an order from MiracleMinkHairGrowth for the Ultimate package...Shampoo, Conditioner, Day Serum & Night Serum...and NEVER received the Conditioner....so I called and e-mailed and sent DMs on IG since I got the package. Calls never answered until today...Emails sent back saying "FAILURE" then "RECIPIENT INBOX FULL"...DMs answered but told to keep calling the customer "we don't" care dept... Her customer service is the worst ive ever had an encounter with all the missing items they do nothing about trying to support black owned businesses but they gotta do better i work to damb hard for mu money and the shipping should not be that much SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

My order #134922: I ordered product that I didn't receive. I called customer service and was treated poorly. Was told I wouldn't be able to get what I ordered because of some unwritten 48 hour rule that I had no knowledge about. Which I called the next day after receiving my order as well as email the company. This is really bad business.
