The twisted flat iron is a joke! The 1st time I used it, it stopped working. It heats up then shuts off. I thought I turned it off somehow, but the on/off button is in the center of the handle so that’s impossible. This is a piece of junk! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! If you have alopecia like me this product is your go too. But you have to be consistent. When I say my hair is growing I tell you know lie. And the facial products is amazing as well it’s a one stop shop. I recommend Hair Growth Combo #5 and the facial kit #4 with the sermon you will be thanking me later. Thanks Ms H***?

I recently order some products from this company. When the package arrived the shampoo and the conditioner was open and not seal.I called to inquire about the problem.The number I called is 912.264.9242.The lady that answered was very rude and unprofessional. She told me to file a complaint with the post office as it was their fault. The products are great but the shipping speed is horrible. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. It took 1 month and 5 days to get two items..... I emailed customer service 6 times and never got a response until the day it got delivered. They where rude . I won’t buy nothing else from this company

I started using the products on Nov. 4,2020, my hair is much healthier and grew appropriately 2 inches to date. I definitely believe in this product and have referred 5 people that has purchased and love it as well. I will continue to use the products daily!!! I been ordering for going on about 6 mons & I'm very happy with the products! And the facial & set it awesome my face is more beautifully then I use to be! Its so soft & sexy looking! dark circle are better! And the Shampoo & conditioner & Black Rice Water Is So Good! I Really Love It & My Hair don't fall out & full! Them Menopause pills are the bomb! I'm amazed & truly happy with the hair products I chose. I saw results in just a couple of days. I have been ordering hair products for many yrs from different company's & have spent a lot of money b/c I don't mind spending money on my hair. Within a couple days the shedding I was experiencing had literally stopped. I will be ordering again in the near future.
