Buyers beware. I received my item and it looked like it had been used. Make sure once you get your item you look at it to make sure it is good. Customer service is not great at all. I understand that this is a black owned business but you pay a lot of money for things that come to you already used and broke. 2 day service I can understand on hair products but not flat irons that I never used or open the box I get many packages a week and I am busy women with 4 children and a husband and I expect my item to come new and not u... read more

I have locs and they use to break off bad & shed. I ordered My Mink products & I just received 3days ago. Now I only Been using it for 3days now & my locs are stronger & healthier. I use the mink shampoo & conditioner & the drops & it works well. Now I order this product April 7 & I’m just getting mines. I placed a $400 order from this company consisting of Hair care, skin care and hair tools such as blow dryer, flat iron and silk press comb. I received all but 3 items totaling $150 I emailed, sent FB Messages and called a few times before I was able to get someone on the phone. The Staff was very rude, unprofessional and insulting yelling talking over me. Never asked my name or order number. I ordered shampoo and conditioner and hair grease,when it came it was 2 bottles of blowout spray,i tried calling and emailed no one picks up the phone,i just wanted an exchange,i didn't open the products,but they won't tell you how to exchange your products and it's been a week,to the owner,you as calling yourself a christian do you think God is pleased with you treating your customers this way! He blessed you with this business! And he can easily take it away! Do right by your clients!

Dang IM so very sceptical of ordering from your company you all have so many bad reviews and unsatisfied customers this is horrible I just started a new business wanted to buy in Bulk or Wholesale but BBB reviews are negative. Blk owned business please do better!! #0stars

Miracle Mink don't even deserve a one star. I wish I had come here to read the reviews. The business promises to ship within 2-3 business days, but the order I placed 5 days ago didn't ship yet. When I contacted them today to cancel and order elsewhere, the rude person I spoke to said that they never refund. My understanding is that if a business cannot honor its commitment, the least it can do is refund so that you can get the products you need elsewhere. I just received my order today, The price of product is already too expensive but my pkg weighs 8 oz and I was charged 13.95 shipping, that price was over charged by about 9.00, it came by way of usps first class pkg in a 11x9 bubble envelope. That would only cost about 3.58 thru pirate ship and about top 5.00, I would like to know why are customers being charged a 13.95 flat rate shipping fee ?
