Very unprofessional. Never received product and was advised I had 24 hours to dispute it says it on the website. I didn't order from a website, I ordered via phone per Facebook flash sale. So knew nothing about having to dispute not getting my product. Now, I see per the other reviews this is what she does! She is robbing people! We all need to get together and do class action lawsuit against her to teach her a lesson!!"

I placed an order on 6/17/21. Paid $16.95 for shipping & received on 6/25/21. An item that was ordered was not sealed will and a bottle was opened & completely emptied. I called & because of time difference i was told to call back Monday morning. I called 1st thing Monday morning, and the person I spoke to was totally uninterested. She asked me to call her back with my order #, which I did within 5 mins. Someone else answered the phone, took my order number and said someone would call me back. I can't say what others have experienced but I live Mrs. ****** products. My first order was wrong but it turned out to be be what I needed. I've ordered several times since that, and live the products and I seen many results. None of my packages were damaged. The first and second packages took a lengthy time to arrive. My last three orders arrived quick and all the same day. I love what ***. **** has and will continue to use the products... haters are always somewhere lurking around. ****** "

I will wait a few more weeks to see if I actually see results. I just got off of the phone, after sending a email that I did not receive the Day serum with my order of 180.00 dollars. The representative was rude and defensive. I was told I had 24 hours to call them... This needs to be emphasized upon ordering. It took 2 weeks first of all to get the products. Place a order for hair care products on March 13, 2021 my current shipping status currently states out for shipment on April 5, 2021. I have contacted the Shipping Supervisor numerous of times and always had to leave my name and number. The Supervisor have never returned my call. I also, sent an email requesting the status or a resolution. As of today, I have not received the products. Miracle Mink charged my credit card and I also paid for shipping insurance. They have provided very poor customer services.

I love this product !!! I am very thankful and grateful for it. The thing for me is that Miss was honest in all her videos and the way she deliver her presentation made me believe what she was saying. It was very heartfelt to me. I would also like to wish Miss H*** and her family and team much success.

I think they need to stop advertising because clearly they're not prepared, I ordered their product on May 15, and have been tracking my order through USPS and they made a shipping label on May 20th and MY items haven't left the facility yet, and I did it through Klarna or pay in installments and already another payment is due and I don't feel comfortable paying for something I haven't even recieved, never again! Like what the F*** ??

On April 30, 2021 my first experience doing business with “Mink hair” wholesale. My product was bubble wrapped and in a secured box nothing opened:-). I was so excited about the commercials and write ups pertaining to Ms. H***’s product. Ms. H*** is nothing but the truth and her Mink hair products is nothing but the truth:-). I Think all these so called miracle Hair growth serums should be shut down. Women are paying (at their expense) huge prices for these products and yet not all are willing to lie about the results of these products. Yes we admit we are signing a Disclaimer saying we understand but this is what keeps these people on guard for the ones who disagree, especially when they are advertising daily and have so called real reviews giving them the go to sell.
