They service is horrible and the representatives are very unprofessional. From the first day I placed an order I should have just hung up because the representative was holding a conversation with the other employees talking about basketball as my order was being taken . I like their products but they are ridiculously expensive when it comes to shipping costs. For this reason I stopped using their products. If I spend $21 on an item I don't want to pay $20 for shipping, that's crazy.

New customer...LOVE the products BUT they MUST fix their shipping rate...$19.95 is RIDICULOUS for a 10-day shipping wait...that fee is more than some of their products!!! Thats an expedited shipping fee!! Unfortunately this makes me reluctant to reorder in the future.

I called today because the no flake gel left white patches. The customer service person asked me, how much I used. I told her a litte because my hair is fine. She said, that shouldn't of happened, discontinue use. Well, of course, I did that. She told me, since I had used the product there was nothing she could do. I was speeches and hung up. I think this company should be shut down permanently because their employees are very unprofessional , and rude, not forgetting also ratchet, and ghetto. I thought that it was the employees that were rude, but I called about my missing order, and, the owner was just as rude too. The rudeness starts from the head, and moves down. I placed an order, and never received it, and when I called to enquirer about my order,I was hung up on several times, and spoken to in an awful way, and was told that I wasn't getting my money back.... read more

I was confused about the shipping prices of ***** **** ********** I called in and spoke with customer services asking why shipping cost were *****. The customer service rep responded it has to do with the postal service. I said im still confused because I pay ***** to have a package shipped for 2 day shipping and for twenty dollars I have to wait 2 weeks to recieve these products. I have been a customer of ********************** for almost a year; my receipts to this company totals $1313.61. During this year I have had three problems; one problem was resolved immediately (a defective product). The other problem occurred when I was sent an item I did order and I willingly returned the incorrect item back to your company at my expense. I bought several things but the flat iron was of very poor quality. It was very cheaply made and didn't straighten my hair and I don't have very coarse hair. I did noticed that it is no longer listed on the site. I was truly disappointed. I could bought a better one at ******* and paid a lot less. This was by far the worst flat iron, well if you want to call it a flat iron. It was more like a plastic toy that barely heats up.

If you are not taking vitamins and not drinking enough water or if 75% of your diet is fast food or processed foodDONT BLAME THIS PRODUCT IF IT ISNt WORKING FOR YOU!!!I take vitamin C D and *********** at least 80 ounces of water a day. I eat, at lest 5 days a week (sometimes more) fresh vegetables. I use this line of hair products and my hair is healthy and growing!!! Remember, this product isnt Jacks magic beans. You MUST do your part too!!
