I had purchased a oil which was the alopecia kit that had included the day and night serum, I had paid 40$ for and I had never received my hair oil. I call and call and they said they will put my complaint in and Ill have to wait until they get to my complaint because they had people ahead of me and theyll call memine you that it been over 3 months and I still havent heard nothing back from them and this is frustrating I had spent money on something Ive never got nor got my refund back.I dont got money to give away for free.... read more

I am very happy that I read the reviews on this product. Although the most reviews were about the customer service this was enough to let me know that I would not order from this company. I am also a black business owner and am always amazed that people don't seem to understand that good customer service is key to a successful business.

I would give zero stars for poor customer service. In dealing with customers there needs to be some etiquette. I purchased over $230 worth of items. The the brush hair dryer cost a $100.. My complaint is that the brush hair dryer that I used 3 times no longer works. There is a short in the electrical wire. I am extremely disappointed. The policy states 14 days of use and that is not the case. These items were purchased on 7/18/21 and I had braids in hair for the past 3 weeks. I love leaving great reviews for companies/products because praise is not given often enough but Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale has the rudest customer service agents I have ever experienced! I ordered a hair kit and it took almost 3 weeks to receive the wrong product. I spoke to a male customer service agent who told me to send the product back and they would reimburse the shipping and send the correct items once they received my return. This company customer service is totally ghetto and off the chain with rudeness. I ordered day and hight serum. My order with shipping and handling was fifty six dollars. Did not receive my my order instead received hair grease. I called the customer service and explained what i got instead of my order. I was told to send it back and that i would be given back what it cost to ship it back, i already knew that that would not be happening. zero stars! These ladies are the worst. very snide, and snotty, and argumentative. I ordered a package with 9 items plus I purchased a rice water. well the package came, but I didn't HAVE my rice water. instead they threw in some blow dry spray as if I would not notice. I received my items last week and was happy that I got them fast. I was a repeat customer. But, this time I purchased the rejuvenating kit and received wrong items and missing items.
