I tried to have an order canceled because I made the mistake of ordering the product twice. The company refused to cancel the product what so ever, stating that it's there policy not to cancel the orders. This is a horrible way to do business to a customer. To me this business portray's itself as only out for the money, not offering a return policy to a customer or canceling an order. On 24 Aug 2021, I ordered $$396.98 dollars worth of product which included Flash Deal Give away/with Free Hot Air Dryer. I used the Hot Air Dryer once sometime in Oct 2021. I was using it again in Nov 2021 when I start smelling rubber burning so I cut it off because I thought it maybe over heated after 20 minutes I try to cut it on but it wound not turn on so I waited for another 20 minutes and it did the same thing. Today I called to order a specific product ( $28.00) that was advertised on ********* When calling the phone number, a very unprofessional woman answers the phone sounding like this is some type of assembly line. On 10/22/2021, I purchased a slimming waist wrap trainer, from a website known as Miracle Waist (www.miraclewaist.com) and upon receiving the said item on 10/27/2021, I immediately notice that the product that I purchased, was damaged. Very rude people. Worse than the **** The shipping charge is ridiculously high for a few ounces of product... almost $20. I called to ask for any special deals to get free shipping since it's so high. She said abruptly, "NO". I said, "Your sites says you 'always' have free shipping with possible stipulations". First this is my third order from them I have spent a lot over $$$$ it is pricey I do like the products my last order I received the package was damaged and I did take pictures and text them immediately ....later I received text saying to call a number to help everytime I called I was told the department needed was closed I finally get thru and now... oh that was 6 days ago you are too late. I placed an order that was NEVER fulfilled, missing a hair brush, on May 22, 2021. I have been calling since order arrived but, the customer service only gives me the runaround. I called again today & they tell me that its been too long since order was put in & they cannot help me now AND theres NO ONE TO SPEAK TO WHO CAN HELP ME. Im VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMPANY.

Ive ordered from this company many times. But this time I preOrdered Grease and pay for the shipping and handling just to find out when I had to pick up my order from the post office I had to re-pay shipping and handling Lang due to a shortage of them sending it I asked the postmaster how much did it cost to get to me they told me $8.70 but I pay &*****. -$24 I believe.
