I ordered their products from them and didn't get everything I've ordered I'm being charged for something I didn't get I called to find out why the they refused to help me I've ordered two caps but only got one and the was any like the one I've ordered and also the hair brush wasn't the as pictured I want money back

Placed an order with this company on 12/17/22 and her website states that it takes up to 14 days. They have received my money and have not sent out my products. I would not recommend this website due to them not being true to their word and taking my money. THIS IS ASHAME AND YOU ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

I have been purchasing grease from Mink Hair and was satisfied until they started sending me their products without me placing an order and was taking the money off my credit card without my knowledge. I called and talked with a representative and told them the situation and wanted to cancel any future orders and she informed me that they have suspended all accounts and they would no longer charge any accounts without any further explanation. I would like a refund for the last two orders they sent without my consent.
