Hello my name is *********************** order #******. I ordered 20 patches excited to try them in a desperate attempt to loose weight. I can say they did curb my appetite and had me relieving myself quite often. I believe they would have worked. I say that to say I broke out horribly and have pictures to prove it. first of all, this company is so full of shittttttttt. I ordered 3x and all 3x it was a bad experience thinking it would get better and trying to support a black business. they are all so rude. they hang up the phone on you. they pick up the phone coughing and talking to other people. its just so unprofessional. im not in the business of tearing black businesses down but this is ridiculous. I got the patches and the slimming tea the patches do not stick at all and the tea makes you cramp so bad. Was very disappointed. The only plus is that they actually have a phone number you can call and talk to somebody which is helpful whether they actually help you or not is another story.

Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale, dont stick to their prices. I made a purchase they said free shipping and still charge me almost $25 for shipping. I called them right back when I see they took that much money out of my account, and they said the manager said once the order process they cant give you a refund. Their no where on their website or they dont even mention that when you call your order in. Also I had issue with some of her products. I called them to tell them, they did noting. When she first started her business her products were good but now they are trash and it's sad because she has gotten a lot of my money even with over 20.00shipping costs on top of what the product cost trying to support your own and then they start sending you trash products making fake tutorials only on your mom's hair I ordered edge control and you should see what I received looks like gelatin shame on you that's why people are going to the Chinese beauty supplies

Its just very sad that you would take advantage of hard working people willing to spend their hard earned money with your company. I order 30 patches from you and I was very excited wore it the first day and realized the bead didnt dissolve thinking I did something wrong because the patch didnt stick for the whole time I made sure I use additional tape on all four sides to make sure it stay in place. Remove the patch after 22hrs bead still not dissolved so I tried smashing the bead because am wondering why isnt it dissolving... read more

My order was for over 100. .00 dollars didnt receive after 1 month customer service didnt care. Did bother to help me and now was a repeat customer. Maybe she has family working for her

I placed an order on 1/23/24. My tracking number shows it never left their facility. I called several times each day after 14 business days and was told a ticket is being created and my product would go out that day and I would receive a new tracking number to show it left their facility (I never received new tracking info)..
