I ordered the slimming tea, and when I ordered I didn't get a time frame when my product would arrive. So, I called, and the person was very rude. I was told that it would take two weeks, well it took three. I ordered Total life Changes weight loss tea a week after ordering this tea and I received that tea in 4-5 days. Don't even know about this business. According to Ms. ***** live you think that this business must have it going on, well, they do actually. You place and order, receive only part of it, this is where the RUDE employees come it. Oh my gosh, these folks would be in the unemployment line. So far, I just ordered some hair growth products for my alopecia through sezzle. The order confirmation from mink hair never showed up on my email, but I did get confirmation from sezzle. My order can not be found no where on ***** website. When I called to check on my order, the person that answered the phone was very rude and ghetto acting. I have brought several waist trainers from medium up to and including 2X my waist is not that large those waist trainers are not true to size and they will not refund nor exchange. I have also ordered the tea which has done nothing for me. Also patches that have done nothing for me.

The business practices of this company arent meeting the expectations of the owner hype. I placed an order, and still havent received it. I requested a refund before the 7th day after the order was placed and was told of the no refund policy. I will reach out to the ***** ******************* to see if they are allowed to conduct business in this manner for ***** residents. They are rude rude. I ordered slimming tea March 10, a label was created 3/16...I wanted it for ******* leaving 4/3 ....nothing ever shipped. I emailed and then called a rep said if I happened to order slimming tea it was on backorder, truck just arrived so order should go out within the next day or 2...received order 4/4 while in ******* get back my grease is not in my order.
