Ordered weight loss items still has not been sent out ordered on January 4th and it is the 17th of January and no tracking number. The staff is rude and unprofessional!! Last time I will be ordering these products!!!!

This company not good with customer service. Order items on first of the month. Got one email saying they will notify when ship. Weeks later, haven't heard anything. Can't seem to get in touch with anyone. Phone goes dead when you call them. Unanswered emails smh

BAD BAD AND LIARS. THIS COMPANY IS C*** AND STATING THEY ARE GUIDED BY GOD. A BUNCH OF LIES I ORDERED A JOGGING SET AND THEN CANCELED WHILE ON THE ***** WITH MISS ******* BECAUSE IT WAS NOT ZIPPERED FRONT. SHE TOLD ME SHE CANCELED. I REC'D SET IN 2X NOT EVEN 3X THE SIZE I ORDERED. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR NOT CANCELING MY ORDER LIKE THEY SAID NOT EXCHANGE FOR CORRECT SIZE. THEY HAD MY MONEY AND DIDN'T EVEN CARE HOW I WAS IMPACTED. JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW.

I ordered from a Tuesday Flash Sale. I ordered the Hair Growth Greaee, the add showed a picture of a 4 OZ bottle.When I received my order it had a 1 OZ jar of grease. I would have never paid $10 + ***** for shipping . I called and spoke to a rude customer service representative and I ask to speak to a manager. She stated I got what I payed for. Two customer service representatives were rude on 10/19/23 and hung up in my face. They are very short with you and do not give you time to address your issue. I had 2 orders that were sent to my old address twice, therefore I have lost approximately $300, I sent the owner a message the first time, informing her that I was on a fixed income and could they work with me. I ordered an expensive item only to receive a cheaper item I didnt order. I contacted their customer service who refused to refund me or send the correct item! This isnt the first time, but it will be the last time I order anything from them again. They were rude, nasty and unprofessional! Beware.

I was REALLY skeptical about ordering from this company because of comments made by others, but nevertheless decided to go ahead and order from them. Well...it's coming upon a MONTH and nothing yet. I called their customer service number only to be confronted with a RUDE customer service rep. long story short, it pays to follow your first mind. I will NEVER!!
