If I could rate zero-I would. I'm sure the product may be excellent, if correct item is received. The customer service is both nonprofessional and unprofessional. No one in customer service could advise how to return for an exchange. I called and emailed the company several times. One customer service representative said I would receive a call. I ordered on March 7th and never received tracking number or text as the order form indicated. I called for a tracking number and customer service associate was rude and said you are calling too soon and would not even check. I waited and called back on 16th and was told that department is closed call back on Friday the 19th. I inquired about department being closed till Friday and was told they are on trip and will be back then. Of course this sounded like the same person that was rude. I am so glad that I found Miracle Mink Hair. I started losing my hair last year and have bald spots on top and sides of my head. I always had a head full of long hair even though I am in my mid 50's. I 've tried different products to regrow my hair, but nothing worked until I tried the day and night Miracle Mink Hair serums since February 6, 2021. I placed 2 orders, and one of them arrived broken(eyebrow growth serum). I tried reaching customer service by email, and through instagram. I was told to call the 912 customer service number. The line was always busy. I finally got through on a late afternoon, it was after 5p.m. I was told to call back between 9a.m-5p.m because the company only takes orders after 5p.m. I called on a different day to explain that my serum I received was broken. They don’t even deserve a star. When I tell you they have the worst customer service ever! I was referred to them from my aunt and I had been stop calling in orders over the phone because the people were rude as hell so I started placing my orders online. I recently placed an order and it was not what I ordered. I was pissed that I had to call them. Upon calling she told to send the items back.
