No Communication !! This is a review I left last year. Chris Martinez has not contacted me YET, even after receiving 3 emails from me: I took my 2012 E350 Mercedes in for a Service B will only 38,004 miles back on 6-09-23. Every thing was good. 2 months later with mileage at 38,708 the Transmission was acting up, hesitates and shudders while driving. No check engine light.
