Longtime Coming
Despite the difficulties getting my vehicle built the staff were extremely helpful & did everything they could to accommodate. In the end I got a comparable vehicle thanks to their diligence.

Vanessa was great to deal with. Not pushy. Felt like she was working "with" us, not just trying to make a sale. Detail crew was very responsive to our picky "missed a spot" comments. Dealership was very clean.

Service experience is first class
It was an unplanned service as one of my tires ran flat. I dropped it off, my wife picked me up, and it was ready the next day with Michael working extra to make sure that it was covered under the best possible warranty option, meaning I didn't need to spend a dime.

Want to be Treated Like a King & Queen?
We were so amazed by the customer service that Mr. Louis Garcia provided us throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and allowed us the time to make a well informed decision on the MB that we purchased. Equally, were all other staff members of the financial department (Susie & Lynn).
