Bad attitude to loyal customer I've been a loyal Fletcher Jones customer for over a decade, bringing in every new Mercedes I've purchased for their complimentary car washes. On October 7, 2025, I stopped by for my usual wash -- but was shocked by how rudely I was treated. CPO buyer beware CPO = Didn't mean a damn thing. I've purchased several cars from FJM over the years and this will be my last. After purchasing a gorgeous S580 (2021 CPO used) I immediately noticed a road vibration on my drive home that I didn't notice on the test drive (didn't get up to speed long enough). No Communication !! This is a review I left last year. Chris Martinez has not contacted me YET, even after receiving 3 emails from me: I took my 2012 E350 Mercedes in for a Service B will only 38,004 miles back on 6-09-23. Every thing was good. 2 months later with mileage at 38,708 the Transmission was acting up, hesitates and shudders while driving. No check engine light. Deceptive Practices and Lack of Accountability I initially had a positive experience at Fletcher Jones. However, after the sale, I reviewed the numbers and discovered they marked up my interest rate by ~1.5%, despite my Tier A1 credit and their assurances there would be no markups. This lack of transparency cost me thousands over the lease term. Recommendation for Mercedes Used Car Purchase Experience Overall, my visit was very positive. The front desk team was welcoming and efficient and my care salesman was knowledgeable, and brought in the previous owner of the vehicle for questions and I thought this was a genuine gesture.
