Longtime Coming Despite the difficulties getting my vehicle built the staff were extremely helpful & did everything they could to accommodate. In the end I got a comparable vehicle thanks to their diligence.

2023 C300 Vanessa was great to deal with. Not pushy. Felt like she was working "with" us, not just trying to make a sale. Detail crew was very responsive to our picky "missed a spot" comments. Dealership was very clean.

Service experience is first class It was an unplanned service as one of my tires ran flat. I dropped it off, my wife picked me up, and it was ready the next day with Michael working extra to make sure that it was covered under the best possible warranty option, meaning I didn't need to spend a dime.
