2023 GLC250 Customer service was good. During the car buying process, they use to respond to any questions we asked them. They are quite knowledgeable and friendly.

It's comfy but I wish folks were consistently friendlier Very comfortable to relax while waiting for my car service to be completed. I wish the service advisor were more kind and personable but I'm stuck with whoever they've teamed me with.
