Great experience at Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio I found our pre-owned vehicle online. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Paulina who confirmed the car was in stock and ultimately conducted the sale of the car with my wife and me. She was very friendly, polite, professional, a pleasure to work with. I had a friend inspect the car as we were from the Houston area. Paulina had the car ready for him prior to his arrival. Absolutely Amazing! This was by far my best car buying experience. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, compared to other dealerships I have visited over the years. I felt like I was with family! My sales professional Mardi Pulido was amazing! She took her time to access my needs, and made sure my car meet them.
