Great Sales Rep at a great dealership Last week we visited FJ Mercedes and ended up trading in our 2021 GLA with a 2023 GLA with a few more features that we need. Excellent first time experience!! Everyone was so friendly and attentive without the unnecessary pushing. Made us feel very comfortable that not only did we walk out with original vehicle in mind, but two!! Our sales person, Michelle, was amazing!! Many Thanks to the Mercedes Team Paco and Mike During my recent visit, I was extremely flustered and upset because I had just had maintenance a few months prior. I had waited on a tow nearly 6 hours and was soaking wet. Paco, my advisor ensured that I was taken care of during my visit. I was freezing and he took the extra step and allowed me to wear his Mercedes Coat to warm up. While I grabbed some snacks, he researched the car's error and reassured me that all would be ok.
