Commissioned Service Advisers Must Go I didn't. Three months after I left the car with you, you changed out a "fuel pump". However, before I left it I mentioned the warranty extension concerning "limp home mode" and was told it didn't exist. I found the certificate and the symptoms were perfectly matched.

Many Thanks to the Mercedes Team Paco and Mike During my recent visit, I was extremely flustered and upset because I had just had maintenance a few months prior. I had waited on a tow nearly 6 hours and was soaking wet. Paco, my advisor ensured that I was taken care of during my visit.
