It's comfy but I wish folks were consistently friendlier Very comfortable to relax while waiting for my car service to be completed. I wish the service advisor were more kind and personable but I'm stuck with whoever they've teamed me with.

Great and quick service The team was very friendly and professional. I dropped my car off in the morning (it took a little while for hertz to see me) but my car was ready to be picked up by lunch!
