Could have been better. This was a follow up to a previous service two weeks prior. Upon my return and complaint to one of the service managers, the work was completed to the Mercedes Benz and my satisfaction. But two weeks prior, I received Service A and a small crack/star repair to my front windshield. The service department performed a sloppy job on the window repair and did not tell me that I had to remove the clear plastic sealant in 48 hours. Great Service Very efficient. It was a warranty claim requiring a wheel to be repaired along with a new tire. Had the car towed to the dealership with little notice and was back on the road in less than 48 hours.
