I was there yesterday with my 1 year old and we had the worst expercience ever, and we came out with no answers, just with my daughter traumatized.. I made my husband drive one hour to that hospital basing my self on the reviews, but u would never take my baby there anymore. nurses that don't know what they are doing.. I just wanted to say job well done to the ER staff! So informative and kind. We were met by every face with a smile!! Thank you very much!
The nursing staff was awesome and I enjoyed their company. The anesthesiologist was fantastic and I loved my doctor. My only complaints are the bathroom set up for day surgery and the fact that no one including my doctor explained how my surgery went and what results I should expect with a breast reduction, but all in all I'm happy.
We moved around a lot and took for ever to get to a room. Also the nurse was talking bad about my wife as we left... I understand that you my not like the patients you have to help but you don't need to talk about them in front of others
I had surgery today. I had this same surgery 14 months ago at the same hospital so I had an idea of what to expect but my experience was completely different than the last time. Chelsea from ambulatory was awesome but everyone else was awful. I was in pain when I came to in Post Op and asked for more medicine to which I was told I could have "just a little" (last year I didn't have that issue-When I expressed pain, they addressed it immediately).
