We waited someone whole working shift for them to tell us about a sciatic nerve that was stated at check in....the nurses had no idea of what is going on between physician >nurse>patient. There were babies and elderly people who were in excruciating pain who were ignored or told to keep waiting

Not really a good place for a high risk pregnancy. Most docs are rather textbook in their approach and are confused when their diagnosis just doesn't fit with your symptoms, in our case lack there of. Some have an attitude when we asked questions as if to say how dare you challenge my diagnosis. Too many docs for one delivery and ALL had differing opinions. Yesterday i can into the hospital because i suffered from a asthma attack and it was the WORST experience i ever had. They staff was really RUDE. The respiratory therapist never can to give me a treatment and i waited for hours. I waited so long i almost passed out from my chest hurting so bad and going without treatment. I ended up leaving this hospital to get treatment somewhere else. I will never return to this hospital.

I always go to Medical City use to work there. Always gets treated right and have great conversation with the nurses doctor and staff. Always pleasant.

I had a great experience. They checked me in, took my vitals, took x rays and consulted with me all in under 2.5 hours!!!

Been hospitalized in the antepartum unit at 24 weeks pregnant with pneumonia the past week. The nurses here have been nothing short of spectacular and Dr. Shulkin is by far the best doctor I've had the pleasure of meeting and being taken care of by. Can't wait to deliver my baby here and further experience such superior care. I genuinely feel cared about and loved by all.
