I be been in other hospitals in Dallas and this one is now at the top of the entire list The people our here are do cordial and friendly I'm currently in rehab and I have nothing accept bravos for the entire group from the nurses down to the techs Great great great job.

This is great hospital my dad is now on ICU and the staff and doctors are the best me and my family we are thankful that he is in great hands.
At Medical city, now. People are nice. Got back to the room very quickly. We have been waiting for 2 hours to get the labs back to see if my daughter has an infection in her knee. Then we will have to wait who knows how long for the doctor to possibly show up. The wait time to get into a room is very short. But the rest of the service when someone is in pain takes forever. 2 rounds of morphine and the pain is still there. We have been here since 11 a.m. and no resolution. They seem to be better on the equipment and procedures. And Dr. Bhushan is WONDERFUL! The staff on the oncology floor however have been very DISAPPOINTING! There have been a handful of careing soles, but we are getting more angry by the hr/day!
I've been in the hospital for a week now. And I have to say that my stay has been really good so far. The doctors I have talked to have been very considerate and make sure that you understand everything, know what is involved in the procedures, and what the side effects that can arise from having the procedure or from any meds that they give you.
