I had a wonderful experience from the e.r. to being admitted was stress free. They were professional , caring and compassionate. The nurses and nurse assistant made my stay very pleasurable as I am from out of town with no family here . They constantly checked in on me , made me laugh. In general they helped me make the best out of a bad situation. A special thanks to the 5th floor staff. Dr. Bhat, Dr. Beshay, nurse Leslie , nurse temytop ,and the many others not mentioned.
I just got home from almost a week at the Medical City Dallas Hospital. My first 48h there weren't the best. I was admitted with excruciating abdominal pain that no one had been able to figure out and it took them almost 24h to get me to the MRI (the exam was ordered pretty fast, they just took forever to take me for it), then another whole day waiting to hear the results was very frustrating - apparently the results had been ready, but there was a problem with the computer and they couldn't update my files; in the meantime ... read more
In December 2014, my doctor sent me from his office to Medical City Dallas ER. The care was not great: I waited over 7 hours (although I realize that isn't Medical City's fault - the ER was packed), and my nurse tried to administer a medication I am allergic to - I had to refuse repeatedly. Afterwards, I received a bill that seemed exorbitant for a 4 hour ER visit that entailed basic labs and IV fluids and medications - no imaging or procedures. Checked into Medical City Dallas September 25 with knee injury I was immediately checked in staff was compassionate and understanding Tiffany who was a ER Nurse was very nice. My visit was great!
Roxy te receptionist did her best to get my son in to see the doctor. He had got a concussion last Monday and has been waiting for a referral from our doctor to see the neurologist , and she was patient and listened to why I was calling. The doctor as well. Would so recommend this office
I would like to thank the amazing staff on the 8th floor Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EEG) for taking excellent care of my son.They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took care of us like family and made us very comfortable during our stay. My son was transferred to Medical City on Monday 9/20 and discharged Thursday 9/23. Thank you guys from Chazton Johnson, mom, and our entire family. God bless you all.
This hospital is great I just had surgery on the 20th of September and everything went well my stay there was great. Also My son has had 2 open heart surgeries there and the staff was very helpful and nice to us I will recommend this hospital to anyone
