From the housekeeping staff to the social worker to the physical therapist to the phlebotomists to the amazing nurses and doctors, my aunt is getting wonderful & complete care at Medical City Dallas. Even the valet attendant is nice. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of her care.
My bad review is for an ER doctor. If you have a child do not let them see Dr. Haddock. He refuses to run tests to diagnose. He is an embarrassment.
I had a procedure done in my back and everyone in the radiology dpt is so super very nice, and when the Dr arrived he was very kind and explained everything to me and he make sure I understood.
I am very disappointed with This place. I went in for a tubal pregnancy at 6 pm and I didn't seen until 3 am. This is the second time I could have died in there care. When I ask how much longer because the pain gets to where I cant handle it anymore I'm told oh another two hours. I finally got tired of waiting and told them my lawyer would get ahold of them n that's when I got I to a room for minutes before I went in for surgery. I liked everyone that worked the ER on Monday evening 10/17/16. They were nice, caring and as attentive as they could be given that they were super packed. Once admitted all the overnight nurses/staff were also nice & attentive but I'm sorry I can't say the same about the daytime nurses/staff on the 8th floor. You seriously need to remember what it is to be a nurse. No matter how tired you are please treat all patients with the same respect, kindness and caring manner that everyone would like to receive. Had surgery there yesterday at the ambulatory center. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the hospital! Very very pleased!
