They were poor to inform of each step they were doing in the ER. I'm not sure I'd go back
I've been visiting my Dr. WINFRED Parnell since 2003 at Medical City. He and his staff are the best!!! Having my 3rd child there this year.
We were treated very well.. Awesome nurses!! And a plus on the food .. Loved it ..ate while we waited in the waiting room!!
Everyone in here was really, really helpful first time here on Mon & Wed. for my fractured leg Thankful for all the staff. If you just let them do thier job you will be in & out Thanks to all of you

My husband has been treated so well here! He has been fighting Lymphoma for 2 1/2 years. This is the first hospital that I have been able to be a wife, instead of his nurse. The professionalism and genuine care shown by Dr. Mathews, along with the great staff on 11 South has allowed us such a peaceful, anxiety free environment for my husband to receive his treatment and prepare for his Stem Cell Transplant. Sitting in the waiting room with fever chest pains and shortness of breath. Been sitting here over 45 Minutes. Still waiting! They told me I would be next 10 names as ago. If you are an Black American. Please avoid. You must have to be from another country to get seen!! YES I AM STILL WAITING. RUDE ASS PEOPLE.
