ER Review Mom arrived at 3:45p.m. with abdominal pain. Discharged at 10:15p.m.! After going in to see NP and for blood draw and back out to waiting room and back in for registration(insurance info) and back out to waiting room and back in for ct scan and back out to waiting room and back in to see NP again and urine analysis and back out to waiting room, she got taken back to a room at 9:15. My daughter has been admitted on and off at Medical City Hospital since July, she was diagnosed with Melanoma. It has been a difficult time as we were all shocked with her diagnosis. The Doctor's, Nurses and Staff have been fabulous! I'd like to thank them for being so awesome! She has undergone a lung Biopsy, 3 Brain Surgeries, and radiation, her battle is far from over. Seems like a good hospital. Took mom here multiple times for surgery, several procedures, and doctor visits in the adjacent buildings. The parking is difficult.
My 2.2 pound grandson was born yesterday at 25 weeks. Medical City Dallas L& D and the NICU have been awesome!! Thank you.
My experience with the staff at Medical City is one I'll never forget. I was diagnosed with lymphoma in Dec 2015 and underwent chemo which slowed it down so I was referred to see Dr. Bhushan who explained what he could do with a stem cell transplant. He explained the risks and odds of survival which I accepted. I went through another round of chemo and and bone marrow biopsies in preparation to harvest my stem cells to be transplanted after a really hi dose chemo session.
