I loved the nurses! The 1 star is for the call center room service representatives. They are terrible! I held for over an hour each time to order food... But on Thursday Nov 10 I called between 10am-1045am to order jello and juice per my diet and the menu that was given to me by my nurse. When I placed my order the young lady that answered said "Umm Can't you get that from your nurse?" with a snooty attitude as if I was bothering her! This is my first ever hospital stay so I'm not sure what the nurses have...so the young lad... read more
This hospital has been wonderful in caring for me! I'm so thankful to the whole team of individuals who help patients receive the utmost care! Thank you Medical City (9th floor building A)

Love this hospital, every major surgery I've had has been here and I've always received the best care. And now I'll be having my first child there too!
My mom came in to have surgery. Everybody here has been awesome. From the admitting department to the nurses and doctors.
Staff was very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything better !!
